I was in Nagoya the other day as I went to the (don't go the lines are too long) Aichi Expo. The city was full of stylish people. I expected there to be some difference in style like there is between Melbourne and Sydney. In Melbourne we already know it is black, but in Sydney it is more individualized, colourful and funky, but not Japan either.

Did you know that people who live in Melbourne, Australia think black is just the ants pants of fashion. I say get a grip and change colours and hey, maybe not have a colour at all. A Japanese friend, who lived in Melbourne thought it was tragic too. Only goths can wear black all the time!

I know this because I.... (...swallow) used to live there but lucklie I escaped to more stylish pastures and am now in Tokyo....Hopefully by the time I get back...whenever that may be things may have improved..
